Fair Market Pay Corresponding to Delivered Value

Our Board of Directors already has the skillset of hiring large amounts of project-based workers so we know what skills are important. We have volunteered to use our expertise to create initial training programs for free. This training will include no-code projects, voice-based AI skills using just a smart phone, influencing skills, content creation skills, and more. Hourly rate will correspond to industry standards with training without output having low pay per hour and complex content that attracts significant traffic having a higher pay per hour.

Won't They Just Spend This Money on Drugs and Alcohol?

The thing about someone who has a problem with addiction or stops taking psych medications is that their work performance is impacted. They will not be working in a peformance based environment very long unless they are stable and sober or have special accomodations with clear expectations. To ensure our money (as we donated thousands or tens of thousands already) is not wasted 1. There is quality control for all work delivered and accepted or rejected based on an industry quality standards 2. There is 15 minute required check in every week day including what was accomplished, what is the plan for the day, and any blockers. 3. Timelines are set ahead of time with the expectation that they will be met or delays will be expressed and help will be requested far ahead of time. This is common to the entire software industry, so it is not an unreasonable expectation.
